These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ЕВРОТРАНС ЛОДЖИСТИК БГ ЕООД (EVROTRANS LOGISTICS BG EOOD), UIC 204275580, VAT BG204275580, with registered office at 32 Lyuben Karavelov St., Skravena (2150), Bulgaria (“Seller,” “we”), and the individuals or legal entities using the website garbara.bg (“User,” “you”) to purchase products.

1. Subject

Garbara.bg is an online store for the sale of wines and gift boxes, operated by EVROTRANS LOGISTICS BG EOOD. Use of the site and all orders placed through it are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Alcohol Sales, Age Restriction

The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 is prohibited by Bulgarian law. By accepting these terms and confirming your age upon entering the site, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age prior to or upon delivery. Orders placed by persons under 18 will be cancelled.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product prices may be changed without prior notice, but changes do not affect already confirmed orders. Product images are illustrative, the actual product may differ slightly.

We offer volume discounts: 6 or more bottles, 6% off. 12 or more bottles, 10% off. The discount is applied automatically in the cart.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is considered placed after clicking the confirmation button and being redirected to the payment platform (Shopify). The purchase contract is considered concluded upon receipt of an order confirmation email.

Payments are processed entirely by Shopify, we do not process or store credit/debit card data. Accepted payment methods are listed on the checkout page.

5. Shipping

We deliver to addresses in the Republic of Bulgaria and European Union member states. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the chosen method and destination. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you at the time of delivery. Inspect the shipment upon receipt and report visible damage to the courier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Art. 50), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing at sales@garbara.bg. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been opened and whose quality cannot be verified without breaking the original seal (including wine bottles with broken seals), in accordance with Art. 57(5) of the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Complaints

If the goods do not conform to the contract, you have the rights under Art. 112–115 of the Consumer Protection Act. Please contact us at sales@garbara.bg with a description of the issue and photos, if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, text, and design on the site are the property of GARBARA or are licensed to the Seller. Copying, reproduction, or use without express written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for damages caused by: improper use of products; delivery delays due to force majeure; technical interruptions to the site beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if impossible, by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers may also refer disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of the order.
